Upon your email, I understand you want to know the currency conversion
of your credit card.

PayPal provided a new feature to our users. That is when you make a
payment, the system will charge local currency and convert it in PayPal.
This will help to decrease the double conversion in the bank. In this
account, your credit card currency is CNY. So when you send the payment
by your credit card, PayPal will charge CNY directly and then convert it
to USD. However, you mentioned that this transaction appears US $134.50
on my Credit Card account page while it is 131.57USD in your transaction
history in your PayPal account. It means that there is a conversion in
your credit card company at first.

Since Aug, 6, please keep in mind that when sending a payment, by
clicking on the "Conversion Options" link on the Review Your Payment
page of the Send Money flow, you have two options for currency
conversion.

"Use PayPal's conversion process to complete my transaction using my
card's currency."

By choosing this option, both the original transaction currency and the
converted amount that you will be charged are disclosed for your
convenience. You also understand that MasterCard and VISA have a
currency conversion process. You have chosen not to use the MasterCard
and Visa currency conversion process, and you will have no recourse
against MasterCard and VISA with respect to any matter related to this
conversion

"Bill me in the currency listed on the seller's invoice." (Note: Until
PayPal is able to update the currency designation for your credit card;
this is the option you should choose. Once your currency designation is
updated within PayPal, you can revert to choosing PayPal's exchange
rate.)

By choosing this option, you will not know which foreign exchange rate
has been applied to this transaction until you receive your card
statement from your card issuer. You also acknowledge that by choosing
this option, your card issuer will determine the foreign exchange rate
to apply to this transaction, and that you will not be informed of the
foreign exchange rate or any additional foreign exchange fees applied
until you are billed by your card issuer.

So you will meet such conversion loss again without cancelling this set.
